Priority Management & Design, LLC is a team of talented, fun, and creative individuals who are responsible for ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. The project managers are experts at multitasking and have a keen eye for detail. The designers are passionate about their work and constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible. The administrative team members keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Together, the team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and results that exceed clients' expectations.


Meet our CEO, John!

John Trotter is an expert in construction, management, and sales, with over 35 years of experience in the field. In 2009, he founded Priority Management & Design, LLC, where he currently serves as CEO and President. John is dedicated to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company, with a particular focus on sales and client interactions.

When he's not working, John enjoys spending time with his son and friends, playing sports (especially golf), cooking, and anything involving water activities. He is also passionate about giving back to the community and supports several charities while actively participating in his home church, Life Church.

Meet our HR Administrator, Jordyn!

Please join us in welcoming Jordyn, the newest member of our team! In her role as HR Administrator, she will oversee employee recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and office operations. Plus, she's lending a helping hand to our talented marketing team! Jordyn is currently learning the day-to-day office procedures and behind-the-scenes operations of the marketing team to enhance her skills and knowledge. Her favorite part about working at PMD is the warm and friendly atmosphere of the Prince Frederick office.

Fun Fact: Jordyn owns her photography business!

Meet our Project Coordinator, Emily!

Emily has been with PMD for three months and has already made her mark. As Project Coordinator, she helps with contracts, projects, and numerical data. Emily is currently working on a revamp of our email contacts – checking for accuracy and gauging interest in our services. She loves the flexibility, communication, and collaboration that PMD provides. Did you know that Emily has lived in six different locations, across four states and two countries? Growing up, her father served in the Navy, which meant she had the opportunity to experience life in various places.

Meet our Project Assistant, Phil!

Phil has been a part of the PMD team for a year now, with his primary responsibility being research for potential clients and adding them to our database. His current focus is on finding childcare facilities in the DMV area. What Phil likes most about working at PMD is the chance to learn something new every day.

Here's a fun fact about Phil – his favorite color is blue!

Meet our Marketing Coordinators, Emily, Jessi, and Hannah!

At PMD, we're proud to have a fantastic team of Marketing Coordinators. Behind our business's marketing success are Emily, Jessi, and Hannah – the creative masterminds driving our strategy forward. With each of them focusing on different aspects of marketing, let's take a closer look at their unique strengths.

Emily (yes, we have two Emilys!) has been a valuable member of the PMD team for 6 months, overseeing remote workers, managing other Marketing Coordinators, and handling day-to-day Marketing tasks. She is the creative mastermind behind the Priority Pipeline newsletter, and manages PMD's TikTok account and creates engaging content for YouTube. Emily loves working with the people at PMD, and previously worked as a lighting and sound technician for 5 years.

Jessi has made her mark on PMD within just three months of joining the team. She has been responsible for managing the company's official social media accounts and creating engaging content for the blog you are reading right now, Priority Plus 😎 . Currently, Jessi is working on planning the next blog post and expanding the company's marketing services. Her favorite part is that John, has been supportive and appreciative of her work. In her personal life, Jessi recently welcomed three adorable kittens into her family.

Hannah is a Marketing and Project Coordinator for the PMD team responsible for managing three social media accounts four our Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida locations. She is actively engaging in market research to enhance the impact of her social media management. Hannah enjoys the relaxed work environment and team collaboration at PMD, which allows her to showcase her creativity and organizational skills. Additionally, she is a proud dog mom!
